Ce marché porte sur un service de Prestation de support fonctionnel du Marché des clients Particuliers EDF, de support technique, et pour de l'assistance utilisateurs et actions de maintenance. 1 seul lot est prévu avec 1 seul attributaire. Le contrat aura une durée totale de 8 ans comprenant 3 années fermes et 5 années optionnelles d'1 année chacune. Le marché est pour EDF SA. Ce marché couvrira les activités suivantes (en partie étendues/mutualisées avec le Marché d’Affaires). • Activité 1 - La tour de contrôle assure la surveillance, l’alerting, la communication et la coordination des incidents affectant les applications ou infrastructures des Marchés d’Affaires et des Clients Particuliers. • Activité 2 - Service Desk Niveau 1 sur les Marchés d’Affaires et des Clients Particuliers. • Activité 3 - Service Desk Niveau 2 de gestion des incidents sur le Marché des Clients Particuliers. • Activité 4 - Outillage l’activité a vocation à produire et maintenir les scripts/outils d'automatisation ou industrialisation des traitements applicatifs nécessaires aux N1 et N2 afin de les rendre plus efficients au quotidien (déblocage de flux distributeurs, reprise de données, …) et de garantir la performance économique de l’ensemble.
