D’ici quelques années le réseau GSM-R (2G) sera remplacé par le réseau FRMCS (5G) pour assurer les communications et transmissions de données des circulations ferroviaires. SNCF Réseau a lancé des projets d’expérimentations de ce futur réseau sur deux lignes : - Le projet 5G HSL EUROLINK testera le nouveau réseau sur la LGV Nord (ligne 226000). Il se compose de deux premières phases : + Phase 1.1 (exclue de ce marché) + Phase 1.2 sur environ 90 km - Le projet 5G MELUSINA, pour la partie française, concerne le tronçon Metz-Luxembourg de la ligne 180000. + Phase unique sur environ 50 km Afin d’assurer la couverture de ces lignes le réseau FRMCS pourra s’appuyer sur les infrastructures GSM-R déjà existantes. Mais il nécessite aussi de nouveaux points hauts, intercalés entre les sites GSM-R, pour atteindre ses objectifs de performance. Le présent marché est composé de 2 lots : - Lot 1 : 5G HSL EUROLINK Phase 1.2 + 13 sites FRMCS à construire, incluant le point haut et la zone technique + 13 zones techniques à implanter à proximité de sites GSM-R existants ou MNO - Lot 2 : 5G MELUSINA + 4 sites FRMCS à construire, incluant le point haut et la zone technique + 8 zones techniques à implanter à proximité de sites MNO ou GSM-R. + 1 zone technique à installer sur une terrasse à implanter à proximité du site GSM-R existant
