La présente consultation est lancée selon une procédure formalisée avec négociation en application des articles L.21243 et R.21244 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'une consultation en 2 temps : une phase candidature dont les modalités pour soumissionner sont précisées dans le document « Fiche explicative phase candidature » et dans l'avis d'appel public à la concurrence. A l'issue de cette phase, les candidats qui verront leur candidature admise seront consultés pour la phase suivante qui concerne l'offre. Mission de contrôle des installations d'assainissement non collectif
Le présent marché est un accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande conclu avec les engagements financiers suivants : un montant minimum annuel de 5 000 Euros HT et un montant maximum annuel de 200 000 Euros HT. Les prestations de l'étude sont les suivantes : - la réalisation de la communication avec les différents partenaires de la collectivité et les abonnés, usagers du service ; - le contrôle de bon fonctionnement et d'entretien des installations d'assainissement non collectif existantes y compris les contrôles de vente et les installations d'assainissement non collectif existantes des campings ; - l'établissement de bilans détaillés de ces contrôles à l'échelle communale ; - en cas de besoin, l'instruction et le contrôle (contrôle de conception et d'exécution) des installations d'assainissement collectif neuves ou réhabilitées.
