Mission d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage Technique et Environnement LNOBPL. L’organisation contractuelle du marché est structurée comme suit : Une tranche ferme (TF) d’une durée de 24 mois à compter de la notification, couvrant l’ensemble des prestations prévues à ce titre. Quatre tranches optionnelles (TO1 à TO4), activées successivement par ordre de service, destinées à compléter et ajuster les études réalisées en tranche ferme jusqu’au terme de la phase 2 des études préliminaires LNOBPL. Elles permettent d’intégrer les enseignements issus de la concertation, du dialogue territorial et des échanges avec les partenaires cofinanceurs, tout en assurant la continuité des compétences mobilisées et l’adaptation des méthodes à l’avancement des études. Trois tranche optionnelle (TO5 à TO7), prévue pour : • la réalisation d’un contrôle extérieur sur les études préliminaires ERTMS sur les métiers suivants : tracés, caténaires, énergie électrique, télécoms, ouvrages d’art, ouvrages en terre, ouvrages hydrauliques, génie civil, sûreté, sécurité ; • l’analyse des interfaces entre programmes de modernisation du réseau ferroviaire ; • l’analyse des interfaces entre le Projet LNOBPL et des infrastructures du territoire.
