La présente consultation porte sur les prestations de localisation de réseaux par détection, sondages et géoréférencement (Investigations complémentaires (IC), Opérations de localisation (OL), marquage-piquetage de début de chantier). Le marché est réparti en 3 lots, traités par marchés séparés, dont l'objet figure ci-après. Lot n°1 - Pôle Technique de Toulon Est/Ouest - Lot n°2 - Pôle Technique de Saint-Maximin - Lot n°3 - Pôle Technique de Draguignan. La technique d'achat utilisée sera celle de l'accord cadre à bons de commandes. Chaque lot fera donc l'objet d'un marché sera conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP. Le financement des prestations est assuré par le budget départemental. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées
