La présente consultation concerne des prestations de balayage et nettoiement des voies communales de la commune de Montfrin. Il s'agit d'un marché composite correspondant pour partie à un marché ordinaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Le marché est constitué : - d'une partie à prix global et forfaitaire pour les prestations régulières de nettoiement, - d'une partie à bons de commande, pour les prestations non prévues au forfait, en raison de l'impossibilité pour le pouvoir adjudicateur de définir le rythme et l'étendue des besoins. Ces prestations seront réglées sur bons de commande par application des prix figurant au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (B.P.U.) sans montant minimum et avec un montant annuel de commande maximum de 15 000,00 euros HT.
