Le présent marché est engagé par la Région des Pays de la Loire en vue de la passation d’un marché public global de performance (MGP) au sens des dispositions de l’article L. 2171-3 du code de la commande publique. Ce marché comporte 2 lots portant chacun sur un Etablissement Public Local d’Enseignement (EPLE) désigné dans le DCE. Chaque lot porte sur : • Des prestations de maîtrise d’œuvre comprenant notamment les phases suivantes : o Les études d’avant-projet sommaire APS : Mise à jour de l’APS o Les études d’avant-projet définitif APD o Les études de projet PRO o Les études d’exécution EXE o La direction de l’exécution des contrats de travaux DET o L’assistance apportée au maître de l'ouvrage lors des opérations de réception et pendant la période de garantie de parfait achèvement AOR o L’Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination OPC • La réalisation des travaux de Rénovation Energétique au sein du périmètre contractuel ; • Le commissionnement ; • L'exploitation, la maintenance et la garantie totale (prestations « P2 », « P3 ») des installations techniques (selon la synthèse de programme) ; • La mesure, vérification et suivi énergétique ; • La sensibilisation des usagers. Chaque lot constitue un marché public global de performance.
