Missions de maitrise d'oeuvre pour l'extension du bâtiment de l'entreprise LINAMAR située dans la Zone d'Activités de Jacquet sur le Commune de Montfaucon-en-Velay. Suite à l'évolution du marché des pièces mécaniques automobiles, la société LINAMAR a besoin d'agrandir l'atelier afin d'accueillir la nouvelle ligne de production et ainsi réorganiser les espaces. Dans ce contexte-là, elle prévoit : - Construction d'un bâtiment dédié à la logistique d'environ 2 000 m² incluant environ 100m2 de locaux sociaux type bureaux / salle de pause ; - Construction d'un bâtiment dédié l'implantation d'un nouveau four de traitement thermique d'environ 320m² La mission consiste en une mission de base complète. La Communauté de Communes a budgétisé une enveloppe estimative de 2 900 000 euros HT pour la réalisation des travaux.
