Exercices 2026 à 2031 (CRPN et SCI Eole) Exercices 2026 à 2028 (Loc Inter Immobilier) Le présent marché a pour objet la nomination du commissaire aux comptes titulaire et du commissaire aux comptes suppléant pour la CRPNPAC et deux de ses filiales (SA Loc Inter Immobilier et SCI Eole), pour les exercices comptables suivants : • CRPNPAC et SCI Eole : six (6) exercices, de 2026 à 2031 inclus, conformément à l'article L. 821-44 du Code de commerce ; • SA Loc Inter Immobilier : trois (3) exercices, de 2026 à 2028 inclus, l'entité n'atteignant pas les seuils de désignation obligatoire prévus à l'article L. 821-37 du Code de commerce. Les prestations couvrent deux ensembles distincts : • les missions relevant du contrôle légal et de la certification des comptes (article 5.2 du CCTP), rémunérées au forfait ; • les missions spécifiques ponctuelles (article 5.3 du CCTP), rémunérées sur la base d'un bordereau des prix unitaires.
