En application des articles L. 2125-1 2°, R. 2162-15 à R. 2162-24 du Code de la commande publique, un concours d’architecture, avec anonymat sur Esquisse+, est organisé en vue de l’attribution du marché de maîtrise d’œuvre pour : ▸ La construction d’un IFSI-IFAS sur le site de Briey (hôpital Maillot) . En vertu des dispositions de l’article R. 2122-6 du Code de la commande publique, le maître d’ouvrage passera le marché sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables avec le lauréat ou l'un des lauréats du concours. Si plusieurs lauréats, sont retenus, ils seront tous invités à participer aux négociations.
