La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande publique. La consultation concerne les missions de repérage et d'analyses des matériaux et produits contenant de l'amiante et des revêtements contenant du plomb pour les besoins des services du Département de la Sarthe - Lots 1 et 2. Les prestations feront l'objet de deux accords-cadres multi-attributaires exécutés par émission de bons de commande en cascade et avec un maximum de 300 000 euro(s) HT par période et par lot, suivant la définition des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Un même prestataire peut répondre à un ou plusieurs lots. Toutefois, il ne pourra être retenu en première position que sur un seul lot. Il sera retenu maximum deux prestataires par lot
