L'accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de missions de repérages des matériaux et produits contenant de l'amiante et du plomb, la mise à jour ou la création des DTA, et la réalisation de Diagnostics Hydrocarbures Aromatiques Polycyclique (HAP) effectuées soit avant relocation des logements soit avant travaux de réhabilitation ou de démolition. Ces missions pourront être exécutées sur du patrimoine locatif ou en copropriété (individuel, collectif) sur du patrimoine tertiaire (locaux commerciaux) ou des foyers-résidences et/ou établissements recevant du public (ERP). Le présent marché ne porte pas sur les missions suivantes : - Diagnostics préalables à la vente de patrimoine immobilier : Pris en charge dans le cadre d'un autre marché intitulé DDT « Dossier de Diagnostics Techniques Avant-Vente ». - Le suivi des « Dossiers Techniques Amiante » (ou D.T.A.) prévus par les décrets du 13 septembre 2001, du 3 mai 2002 (et son arrêté d'application du 1 septembre 2002) et du 3 juin 2011, ainsi que l'évaluation de l'état de conservation des matériaux contenant de l'amiante. L'accord-cadre est traité à prix unitaires révisables. Les lots sont répartis géographiquement selon le patrimoine des 5 agences. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période comprise entre le 1er juillet 2026 et le 30 juin 2027. Dans le cas où la notification ne pourrait intervenir avant la date du 1er juillet 2026, la prise d'effet du marché sera alors fixée à la date de notification de celui-ci au TITULAIRE. Il se reconduit tacitement annuellement au maximum 3 fois par période de 1 année sauf dénonciation 3 (trois) mois avant l'échéance par courrier recommandé avec accusé de réception
