La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réparties en deux lots. Chaque marché issu de chaque lot est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec maximum, donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Chaque accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter de sa date de notification. Chaque accord-cadre est ensuite reconductible 3 fois dans les conditions précisées ci-après. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
