La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 4 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Chaque marché issu de chaque lot est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire (un titulaire) avec seuil minimum et maximum et sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Chaque accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme de 48 mois à compter du 01/05/2026 ou de sa date de notification si postérieure
