Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi attributaire à bons de commande avec un maximum annuel conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter du 01/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Il sera attribué à un maximum de 2 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières inclus dans le présent Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises définit les spécifications des matériaux et produits, les conditions de fabrication et de transport des graves émulsion, bétons bitumineux à l'émulsion et enrobés stockables à l'émulsion destinés à la réalisation de reprofilage ou de réparations localisées sur les routes départementales de la Charente-Maritime. La grave émulsion (GE) et le béton bitumineux à l'émulsion (BBE) sont destinés à être principalement mis en oeuvre au moyen d'un finisseur d'intervention rapide (FIR). L'enrobé stockable à l'émulsion (EE stockable) est destiné au bouchage des nids de poule et aux réparations localisées.
