La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de prestations portant sur le nettoyage et l'entretien des parties communes du patrimoine de DYNACITE tant dans les bâtiments que dans les bureaux des territoires : - Le remplacement ponctuel des chargés d'entretien de DYNACITE afin d'assurer la propreté et l'hygiène des parties communes intérieures/extérieures et locaux annexes - La gestion des conteneurs à ordures ménagères - L'évacuation des encombrants - Diverses tâches d'entretien à l'initiative du Directeur de territoire Le marché est un accord-cadre avec un montant maximum de 15 243 797 eurosHT pour l'ensemble des lots. Chaque lot fait l'objet d'un marché passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre s'exécutant par l'émission de bons de commande conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Un candidat peut postuler à un ou plusieurs lots. Un candidat peut être attributaire de plusieurs lots. Le marché prend effet et s'exécute à compter de la plus tardive des 2 dates : 1er octobre 2026 ou date de la réception de la notification par le titulaire.
