La présente consultation concerne un accord cadre à bons de commande pour la réalisation de travaux de réhabilitation par l'intérieur des canalisations d'assainissement et d'eau potable, visitables ou non, selon diverses techniques (tubage, projection, chemisage etc) et en respect des prescriptions fixées dans le CCTP, de la Communauté d'Agglomération Pays Basque. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée d'un an, reconductible 3 fois (1 an par reconduction soit 4 ans maximum). L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum pour le lot 01 est de 1 500 000,00 euro(s) HT sur la durée de la période initiale d'un an. Le montant maximum pour le lot 02 est de 2 500 000,00 euro(s) HT sur la durée de la période initiale d'un an. Le montant maximum pour le lot 03 est de 1 500 000,00 euro(s) HT sur la durée de la période initiale d'un an. Les montants seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction. Pour chaque lot, les variantes libres, au sens de l'article R.2151-8 du code de la commande publique, sont interdites
