Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet l'entretien préventif et curatif des canalisations d'eau usées d'une partie du patrimoine d'HALPADES, tel que défini dans le présent Règlement Particulier d'Appel d'Offres (RPAO), le Cahier des Clauses Administratives (CCA), le Cahier des Clauses Techniques (CCT). Le présent appel d'offres est composé - d'une " Tranche Ferme " (patrimoine géré par HALPADES) - de deux " Tranches Conditionnelles " (copropriétés dont HALPADES est propriétaire majoritaire / copropriétés dont HALPADES est propriétaire diffus) Les candidats souhaitant répondre à un ou plusieurs lots de la Tranche Conditionnelle devront impérativement y associer un ou plusieurs lots de la Tranche Ferme.
