La présente consultation a pour objet la réhabilitation de 220 logements, îlots A et B résidence Millon, sis 121à133 boulevard des Etats-Unis; 4,6,10et12 rue Professeur Leriche; 124à136 boulevard des Etats-Unis à LYON 8ème (voir article 1er au RC). Les travaux sont répartis en 6 lots techniques traités en corps d'état séparés. Cette consultation porte sur le Lot N° 5 - MACRO-LOT INTERIEUR. Les autres lots font l'objet de consultations distinctes. Le délai d'exécution est fixé dans le marché et ne peut en aucun cas être changé. Le démarrage prévisionnel du chantier est programmé pour : DECEMBRE 2026. Délai global de l'opération, tous lots confondus : 4 ans, période de préparation incluse (5 mois) à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de chantier. Il sera attribué un marché unique pour l'ensemble des travaux du Lot N° 5 - MACRO-LOT INTERIEUR, à prix mixtes révisables. En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement. (cf. article 2.5 du RC)
