La présente procédure a pour objet l'attribution de deux lots de conventions d'occupation temporaire du domaine public à destination d'une activité de restauration.
LOCAUX A USAGE DE RESTAURANT PANORAMIQUE SITUÉ EN R+1 (ROOFTOP)
Dans le cadre de la réhabilitation du Stade Nautique, il est prévu la création de locaux en R+1. Ces locaux sont destinées à une activité de restauration en roof top. Il est précisé qu’une ou plusieurs activités annexes à la restauration – à proposer par les candidats - pourront également être mises en œuvre (étant précisé que, dans ce cas, l’activité de restauration sera l’activité principale). Il est précisé qu’une activité de restauration rapide (fast food) ne sera pas autorisée. Toute proposition en ce sens sera donc rejetée
ESPACES POUR UN KIOSQUE ALIMENTAIRE SUR LA PELOUSE
