La présente consultation a pour objet de permettre au Resah, agissant, d'une part, en tant que centrale d'achat au sens de l'article L. 2113-2-2° du Code et, d'autre part, pour les besoins de ses propres activités relatifs à la mise en ouvre de ses activités de coopération pour acquérir des prestations de diagnostics, d'études et de calculs de structures sur les ouvrages et bâtiments du maître d'ouvrage. Ces prestations ont pour finalité d'évaluer l'état des structures existantes, d'analyser leur comportement mécanique, de vérifier leur conformité au regard des exigences réglementaires et normatives en vigueur, ainsi que d'établir les préconisations techniques nécessaires à la réalisation de travaux de maintenance, de réhabilitation, de renforcement, de modification ou de construction. Le marché comprend notamment, sans que cette liste soit exhaustive, la réalisation de diagnostics structurels, d'études de faisabilité, de notes de calcul, de modélisations, de vérifications de stabilité, d'analyses de capacité portante, ainsi que la rédaction des rapports techniques et de toute documentation nécessaire à la bonne exécution des prestations. Les prestations pourront concerner tout type de structure, notamment en béton, acier, bois, maçonnerie ou structure mixte, et s'exécuteront sur l'ensemble du périmètre défini par les documents du marché.
