Elaboration de diagnostics assainissement pour les communes de Laon/Chambry, Crépy, Cessières/Suzy et Festieux. Pour chacun des lots, le marché se décompose en plusieurs phases ainsi décrites dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) : • Phase 1 : Etat des lieux et recueil des données • Phase 2 : Campagnes de mesures et investigations de terrain • Phase 3 : Diagnostic du comportement des réseaux et modélisation • Phase 4 : Bilan du fonctionnement du système d’assainissement - diagnostic • Phase 5 : Construction du diagnostic assainissement Le délai d’exécution des prestations ne pourra pas excéder un délai de 24 mois à compter de la date de notification du marché.
