La présente consultation a pour objet la mise en place d’un accord-cadre relatif à la fourniture et l’acheminement de gaz naturel et prestations de service associées pour le groupement des 3 entités membres du groupe EMHA (Ophéa, Foyer moderne de Schiltigheim et Habitation Moderne). L'accord-cadre comprend la fourniture de gaz naturel rendu sur site (coût d’acheminement inclus). Le titulaire aura donc à sa charge : — la fourniture de gaz, — les frais liés à l’acheminement de gaz jusqu’aux points de livraison. Il aura donc le rôle d’interface entre les opérateurs en charge de l'acheminement de gaz, et Ophéa, Habitation Moderne, et Foyer Moderne. Le marché fait l'objet d'une procédure conjointe. OPHEA agit en tant que coordonnateur du groupement de commande constitué par la convention de groupement en date du 27 juin 2026 conclue entre Ophéa, habitation Moderne et Foyer Moderne.
