Passation d'un marché public global de performance au sens de l'article L.2171-3 du code de la commande publique, portant : - Sur la conception et la réalisation d'une unité de méthanisation des boues, incluant l'ensemble des ouvrages et équipements associés (épaissement, stockage amont et aval, méthanisation, traitement du biogaz, déshydratation, traitement des retours, désodorisation, VRD, bâtiment technique, etc.) et des travaux d'amélioration en entrée de station ; - Sur l'exploitation, l'entretien, la maintenance, la gestion patrimoniale, la gestion des boues, sous-produits, déchets et rejets, la surveillance, l'autosurveillance réglementaire, la gestion du système d'information et des données, et l'assistance au SITEUCE pour l'ensemble des installations actuelles et futures de la station d'épuration de Colmar, avec engagements de performance. Le volet exploitation entrera en vigueur le 1er janvier 2028 sur l'ensemble des ouvrages existants concernés et se poursuivra après la mise en service et la période d'observation de l'unité de méthanisation.
