La présente consultation vise à attribuer un accord-cadre mono-attributaire ayant pour objet l'entretien, le dépannage, et la garantie totale des installations de ventilation mécanique contrôlée sanitaire simple flux, de ventilation naturelle et des capteurs connectés sur le patrimoine de Grandlyon Habitat. Les prestations susvisées sont réparties en 5 lots géographiques. Il sera attribué un accord-cadre à prix mixtes révisables, par lot, confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement. Le montant maximum par lot sur la durée ferme de 4 (quatre) ans est indiqué à l'article 2.5 du RC. L'accord-cadre prend effet à compter du 01/01/2027 pour une période ferme de 4 (quatre) ans
