La présente consultation vise à attribuer un accord-cadre mono-attributaire ayant pour objet l'entretien, le dépannage et la garantie totale des installations de Ventilation Mécanique Contrôlée Double Flux pour le patrimoine géré par GRANDLYON HABITAT. Les prestations susvisées font l'objet d'un lot unique. Il sera attribué un accord-cadre à prix mixtes révisables confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement. Il est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 600 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (voir article 2.5 du RC).
