Le présent accord-cadre mono-attributaire, relatif au pôle-gare de Saint-Lazare, a pour objet de : • Réaliser des études techniques de niveau étude d'opportunité et de faisabilité sur le périmètre intermodal ; • Élaborer des scénarios d'aménagement du pôle intermodal ; • Rédiger un dossier d'Objectifs et Caractéristiques Principales (DOCP) qui permettra ensuite à IDFM de réaliser une concertation et son bilan ; • Accompagner Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) pendant toute la durée du marché et l'assister dans la coordination et le pilotage des études en cours.
