Le GHT Nord Franche-Comté est composé de l'Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté (HNFC) et ses annexes en tant que l'établissement support et du CHSLD Le Chênois en tant que l'établissement partie. L'Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté en tant qu'établissement support est l'ACHETEUR.
