Le GHT Nord Franche-Comté est composé de l'Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté (HNFC) et ses annexes en tant que l'établissement support et du CHSLD Le Chênois en tant que l'établissement partie. L'Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté en tant qu'établissement support est l'ACHETEUR. Le Maitre d'Ouvrage est le Centre Hospitalier de Soins de Longue Durée (CHSLD) Le Chênois Le projet porte sur la construction d'un bâtiment neuf, est destiné à accueillir le nouvel EHPAD de Delle, comprenant essentiellement les 92 lits d'hébergement, les lieux de vie et d'animation nécessaires aux résidents, un PASA ainsi que les locaux d'accueil et de consultation et les locaux personnel/logistique nécessaires au fonctionnement de la structure.
