La Ville de Petit-Quevilly s'est engagée dans un programme de rénovation urbaine du quartier de la Piscine, anciennement quartier NOBEL-BOZEL au Petit-Quevilly. Ce projet d'envergure a été sélectionné dans le cadre du Nouveau Programme National de Renouvellement Urbain. Une étude urbaine a été effectuée afin de définir les principes d'aménagement et les actions à réaliser pour engager une rénovation et une restructuration d'ampleur du quartier. Le projet prévoit ainsi des opérations de démolitions, de rénovations, de constructions (logements et équipements publics) et d'aménagements de voiries.
