La Ville de Petit-Quevilly s'est engagée dans un programme de rénovation urbaine du quartier de la Piscine, anciennement quartier NOBEL-BOZEL au Petit-Quevilly. Ce projet d'envergure a été sélectionné dans le cadre du Nouveau Programme National de Renouvellement Urbain. Une étude urbaine a été effectuée afin de définir les principes d'aménagement et les actions à réaliser pour engager une rénovation et une restructuration d'ampleur du quartier.
