Le marché a pour objet la fourniture, la livraison et l'installation d'une chromatographie liquide couplée à un spectromètre de masse en tandem (LCMSMS) pour le Laboratoire départemental d'analyses et de Recherches de la Haute Vienne (LDAR87). La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le délai de validité des offres est fixé à 6 mois à compter de la date limite de réception des offres. Les candidats ont l'obligation de faire une proposition pour les prestations supplémentaires éventuelles suivantes : Extension de garantie 1 an et Contrat de maintenance 1 an. L'absence de ces prestations dans l'offre du candidat rendra cette dernière irrégulière et imposera son rejet. Les tests de performance analytique sont obligatoires (cf article 2.3 du CCTP). Pour obtenir les échantillons nécessaires aux tests de performance, le candidat devra prendre attache auprès du LDAR87 avenue du Professeur Joseph de Léobardy BP 50165 87005 LIMOGES CEDEX.
