La présente consultation a pour objet la réhabilitation et l'extension du Centre Saint Victor. Il est fait usage d’un marché global sectoriel par le CHU Amiens Picardie, en tant qu’établissement public de santé, suivant l’article L.2171-5 du Code de la commande publique (C.C.P.). La procédure de passation retenue est le dialogue compétitif en application des articles L.2124-4, R.2124-5, R.2161-24 à R.2161-31 du Code de la commande publique, dans la mesure où le marché comporte des prestations de conception (R.2124-3-3°) et où la complexité technique de certains travaux nécessite des échanges entre le maître d’ouvrage et le groupement candidat pour déterminer les meilleures solutions (R.2124-3-4°). Le présent avis concerne la phase 1 "candidatures" du dialogue compétitif. La phase 2 du dialogue (offres) aura lieu avec les seuls 3 candidats admis à participer à l'issue de la phase 1 "candidature".
