Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture de carburant (SP 95 / SP 95-E10 / SP 98, Gasole, GPL et ETHANOL) en stations-services ou points d’approvisionnement, sur et hors du territoire de la ville d’Eysines, par cartes accréditives (ou similaires), pour les véhicules du parc automobile de la ville ainsi que la fourniture et livraison de gazole au centre technique municipal. En application de l’article R.2162-2 du code de la commande publique , les prestations feront l’objet d’un accord-cadre à bon de commande, passé avec un seul opérateur économique, avec montant minimum et montant maximum.
