La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un accord-cadre portant sur l'exploitation du restaurant du siège social d'Aéroports de Paris et la réalisation de prestations annexes. Offre relative à l'hypothèse d'une réduction des jours d'ouverture : Afin de permettre la mise en œuvre, le cas échéant, de la clause de réexamen prévue au marché, les candidats remettront, en complément de leur offre de base correspondant à une organisation pour une ouverture 5 jours sur 7, au déjeuner du lundi au vendredi inclus, sur une base de 225 jours ouvrés, une proposition technique et financière correspondant à une exploitation du restaurant 4 jours par semaine avec une fermeture du restaurant les vendredis, à l'exception des prestations annexes pouvant toujours être réalisées au bon gré du titulaire. Cette proposition devra préciser les adaptations envisagées en matière d'organisation du service ainsi que le prix correspondant. Cette offre complémentaire ne constitue pas une offre distincte. Elle a pour objet de permettre, le cas échéant, l'application de la clause de réexamen prévue au marché conformément aux dispositions de l'article R. 2194-1 du Code de la commande publique.
