Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel tel que défini au sein de l'annexe n°1 au CCAP. Le marché porte sur : - La réalisation d'audits des prestations effectuées par les entreprises titulaires des contrats d'entretien des installations de plomberie, chauffage et VMC (ci-après « Prestataires du contrat plomberie »), - Des missions de conseil, d'expertise et de suivi de réalisations techniques relatives aux installations de ventilation et aux équipements de production de chauffage et d'eau chaude individuelle, à exécuter sur le patrimoine immobilier géré par PARTENORD Le Groupe. L'accord-cadre est alloti en 3 lots géographiques distincts. Chacun des lots est mono-attributaire. La durée initiale de l'accord-cadre s'étend de sa notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026. Il pourra être reconduit tacitement trois fois par périodes successives d'un (1) an, sans pouvoir excéder le 31 décembre 2029. Les variantes sont interdites
