Le présent Marché est constitué d’une tranche ferme et de 3 tranches optionnelles . Les tranches du marché sont les suivantes : *Tranche Ferme (TF) : - Concession des droits d’utilisation d’un progiciel de SIEM couvrant les fonctionnalités de la norme UEBA (User and Entity Analytics, technologie qui analyse le comportement des utilisateurs et des entités techniques afin de détecter des comportements anormaux), maintenance et support associés pour capture d’un volume de logs jusqu’à 100 Go par jour *Tranche optionnelle n°1 à bons de commande (TO1) : - Concession des droits d’utilisation d’un progiciel de SIEM couvrant les fonctionnalités de la norme UEBA (User and Entity Analytics, technologie qui analyse le comportement des utilisateurs et des entités techniques afin de détecter des comportements anormaux), maintenance et support associés pour capture d’un volume de logs supplémentaires au-delà de 100 Go par jour par tranche de 100 Go par jour *Tranche optionnelle n°2 à bons de commande (TO2) : - Concession de droit d’utilisation d’un progiciel de SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response), progiciel de cyber sécurité utilisé pour automatiser et coordonner la réponse aux menaces au sein d’un centre opérationnel de sécurité (SOC)), maintenance et support associés par tranche de 100Go *Tranche optionnelle n°3 à bons de commande (TO3) : - Prestations d’expertise (transfert de compétences, intégration et migration) - Prestations de formation à l’administration et l’usage du progiciel de SIEM sur plusieurs sites européens
