This tender concerns civil liability insurance for the construction of Saint Ouen Grand Paris Nord University Hospital. Two lots are offered: Lot 1 covers the client's civil liability (RCMO), and Lot 2 covers environmental damage liability (RCAE). The insurance is required to support the Real Estate and Investments Department of Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris.
