Dans le cadre du nouveau programme national de rénovation urbaine (NPNRU) sur les Hauts de Creil, la ville de Creil a notamment pour objectifs: - La réalisation des travaux de réaménagement dans une démarche durable et en adéquation avec les enjeux climatiques d'aujourd'hui, - La requalification des espaces publics pour le quartier, - Le désenclavement du quartier et le développement des qualités paysagères des espaces publics. Les travaux auront lieu concomitamment dans 2 quartiers de la Ville (Quartier du Moulin et Quartier des Cavées). Ils porteront sur: - La VRD (lots 1 et 5) - L'éclairage public (lots 2 et 6) - Les espaces verts (lots 3 et 7) - Les aires de jeux et équipements sportifs (lot 4) - La démolition et le génie civil du parking souterrain Carpeaux et de la rue des Carrières (lot 8).
