La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d’un appel d’offres ouvert, conformément aux articles R2124-2 1° et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre comporte 4 lots. L'ensemble des lots sont des accords-cadres à bons de commande mono-attributaires. Ils sont conclus sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum, en application de l'article R2162-4 2° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est passé pour une durée de 24 mois reconductible une fois tacitement, dans la limite de 48 mois. Les prestations sont traitées à prix unitaires. Les prix seront révisables dans les conditions prévues au CCAP.
