Sub-criterion 2: Organisation and mobilisation capacity /20 Assessment of the bidder's proposed arrangements for the timely mobilisation of qualified experts in the different areas of intervention covered by the lot, taking into account geographical coverage, responsiveness, continuity of service and coordination mechanisms. Sub-criterion 3: Qualifications and experience of the proposed experts /20 Assessment of the relevance of the proposed expert's CV (max 5pages), including educational background, professional qualifications and core experience(mandatory), in relation to the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference of the relevant lot. Sub-criterion 4: Environmental performance of the proposed service delivery/5 Assessment of the relevance, feasibility and expected impact of the measures proposed to minimise the environmental footprint of the services, including, where relevant, measures to optimise travel, reduce resource consumption, promote sustainable practices and contribute to the prevention of deforestation during the implementation of the Framework Contract. Sub-criterion 5: Social impact of the proposed service delivery/5 Social performance of the offer, assessed in relation to the measures proposed for professional integration, local employment, gender equality or skills development.
