Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et la pose de matériel de cuisine dans les collèges et autres bâtiments départementaux dont la liste figure en annexe. Les prestations comprennent : - la livraison, la mise en service ainsi que la reprise et le retraitement de l'ancien matériel ; - l'installation du matériel qui inclut l'adaptation du matériel à son environnement et la fourniture de pièces courantes d'installation (fixations, raccordements, bouchons, visseries, huisseries, joints...) ; - la formation de prise en main du chef de cuisine et de son équipe à son utilisation lors de la mise en place du matériel : démonstration portant sur la manipulation, les règles d'utilisation et de maintenance de l'appareil et assistance le premier jour d'utilisation ; - la mise à disposition de matériel de remplacement permettant d'assurer la continuité du service, si l'appareil garanti n'est pas réparé dans le délai de 5 jours. Le maché est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes d'une durée d'un an tacitement reconductible deux fois. Le montant maximum est fixée à 1 000 000 euro(s) HT par an
