Le présent marché a pour objet d'organiser la fourniture et la livraison de denrées alimentaires pour le service restauration scolaire de la Communauté de communes Terre d'Auge (CCTA). Le présent marché couvre les besoins des sept (7) cuisines scolaires en régie de la Communauté de communes. En période scolaire, le nombre de repas est estimé à 550 par jour de fonctionnement. Le public est composé de jeunes enfants des écoles maternelles et primaires. À l'occasion de ce nouveau marché, la CCTA souhaite formaliser son engagement vers une restauration collective durable, en poursuivant l'application des dispositions de la Loi EGALIM au profit des circuits-courts et d'approvisionnements directs de l'agriculture. Dans le cadre de cet accord-cadre, la CCTA souhaite répondre à des enjeux environnementaux, de santé globale et économiques.
