Marché ordinaire alloti en 3 lots. Chaque lot est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Il s'agit d'un marché de type Prestation Forfait avec ou sans Intéressement et clause de garantie totale transparente. Chaque lot est conclu pour une durée de 8 ans conformément à l'article L241-3 2° du code de l'énergie. Cette durée est ferme et non reconductible. Attestations de compétence formation sous-section 4 suivantes obligatoires pour les profils suivants : -encadrant technique, -encadrant de chantier, -opérateur de chantier. Attestation de capacité de manipulation des fluides frigorigènes Catégorie I ou II à IV requise. Les prestations sont réservées à un opérateur économique ayant a minima une attestation de compétence délivrée après examen QCM encadré par l'état et reconnu par le MEEM datant de moins de 5 ans (autorisation d'intervention à proximité des réseaux dit AIPR)
