Attestations de compétence formation sous-section 4 suivantes obligatoires pour les profils suivants : -encadrant technique, -encadrant de chantier, -opérateur de chantier. Attestation de capacité de manipulation des fluides frigorigènes Catégorie I ou II à IV requise. Les prestations sont réservées à un opérateur économique ayant a minima une attestation de compétence délivrée après examen QCM encadré par l'état et reconnu par le MEEM datant de moins de 5 ans (autorisation d'intervention à proximité des réseaux dit AIPR)
