L'objet du présent contrat concerne la réalisation prestations suivantes : - Une mission d'astreinte pour assurer la réception des appels des locataires en-dehors des heures d'ouverture du Pouvoir Adjudicateur. Ce service de permanence téléphonique nommé « ALUR » (ALLIADE URGENCE) fonctionnera les soirs, week-ends, jours fériés et jours chômés. - Une mission de d'intervention technique dans le cadre du dispositif d'urgence « ALUR » (dépannages et mesures conservatoires) en plomberie, curage, débouchage, électricité, serrurerie, mise en sécurité, notamment et d'une manière générale toute intervention liée à des pannes techniques, ou sinistres et évènements survenant sur le patrimoine (parties privatives et/ou parties communes des résidences) appartenant à ALLIADE HABITAT ou dont ALLIADE HABITAT en a la gestion.
