Le présent contrat a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective du matériel de production, de conservation et de réchauffage des repas, installé à la Cuisine Centrale de la Ville de Martigues, à la Cafétéria de l'Hôtel de Ville et dans toutes les cuisines satellites des divers bâtiments communaux, ceci afin d'éviter toute discontinuité du service de la restauration (scolaire, foyers personnes âgées, petite enfance, etc..) organisé par la Ville, depuis la production des repas jusqu'à leur distribution. L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.
